Linda has been in the veterinary field for about 6 years now, but has been around animals all her life. She received her Bachelor’s in Zoology from Humboldt State  University in 2018, and is Fear Free and Cat Friendly certified. She has three cats, Melon, Raven, and Scarlet No'Haira, one big chocolate lab named Toblerone, and one ball python named Guinevere. She spends her free time with her husband and dog exploring the Northern Coast and all it has to offer. Educating and interacting with the clients and their furbabies is a wonderful part of the job, as well as being able to help support and grow the hospital and its employees. 

Kayleigh loves all animals, especially cats! She has five of her own: Electra, Eugene, Penny, Harley, and Taki. She loves working in an animal medicine environment because it helps improve the lives of both the animal and the fur-parent.

She loves being a part of that journey and making an impact in the lives of other beings. She has always been interested in medicine and thinks it is nice to be in an environment where she gets to have more practical experience that lines up with her educational interests every day.

Kayleigh has officially graduated tech school and passed her VNTE as of November 2023! 

Adriana has been an RVT since 2020. After graduation from HSU and living and working for few years in the Bay, her and her husband relocated back to Humboldt County. She has a positive energy and finds the joy in every interaction, and our patients just love her. On her off days you can usually find her enjoying the local breweries and beaches with her husband and two basset hounds, Reuben and Seymour. 

 Katelyn also graduated from HSU with a degree in Wildlife. She is an assistant here at Broadway and has excelled in her current positions while still learning more about veterinary medicine and adapting to new job positions daily. She is currently in school  pursuing her RVT license. She is Fear Free Certified and Cat Friendly certified. Outside of work Katelyn is on a disc golfing team and frequently travels to competitions. You can usually find her on the local beaches playing ball with her golden retriever mix, Trinity. 

Sabrina is originally from Vegas. She obtained a bachelors in zoology, and is working towards obtaining her veterinary technician license with a specialty in exotics. She primarily would like to work with exotics, specifically wolves and large carnivores. She is Fear Free certified and Cat Friendly certified. She has been deemed the best dog snuggler on staff, and really shows a lot of love for any animals that come through. Sabrina has a crazy lab mix fittingly named Beast who is the center of her world. She enjoys the outdoors and hiking with Beast. 

Stephanie is from the Sacramento area, but moved to Humboldt for school and fell in love with the area. She has worked in veterinary medicine for over 5 years, and is a Fear Free Certified practice member as well. She has completed her RVT schooling through Carrington College and is set to take her VTNE soon to become a certified RVT! Stephanie has 3 beloved cats at home - TC, Esmeralda, and Caspian. Learning new things and working with animals every day are her favorite things to do, so veterinary medicine is naturally the perfect career for her. 

Jocee is from central California and moved to Humboldt for school. She is a wonderful, upbeat addition to our team and we are so happy to have her! Her energy is infectious and she is always willing to jump in and help. She is Fear Free certified. Patients are very comfortable working with her and she always tries to make every interaction a good one. She has big love for all animals, and since she can't own them all herself she treats all of our patients like her own. 

Sarah has been in Humboldt for many years, but has also lived in Florida and Sacramento areas as well. She worked at a veterinary hospital in Florida prior to this, and came back home to Humboldt and started with us at the end of 2023. Our house cat, Rojo, is obsessed with her and she brings a fun energy to our team. She has a special love for Geckos and cats. Sarah is happy to work in vet med as she feels it's a very rewarding albeit difficult field, and is glad to be able to be there for clients and patients in need. 

Christi is originally from Pennsylvania and moved here with her husband in 2015. She has worked many animal care jobs, including boarding, day care, and helping to manage a shelter. This is her first veterinary job, and she is so far picking it up great! She has 1 dog, Daisy, and 2 brother cats, Tiva and Indie. Christi prides herself on taking care of creatures who don't have a voice of their own, and being an advocate for those patients who need it. 

Gabby moved here from Chico in 2019 to pursue a Zoology degree at HSU. While COVID derailed her formal schooling for now, her passion for animals and developing her skills in the animal care field wasn't affected. She has her Veterinary Assistant Certification from College of the Redwoods, which comes in handy for taking care of her zoo at home. She has an impressive crew consisting of 4 dogs, 2 cats, multiple snakes and lizards, a chinchilla, and a tortoise. Watching animals grow and heal and spending time with our clients and patients is the best part of the job to her.
