Cozy Cat Cottages is designed to offer cats a vacation while offering owners the security of a safe boarding facility. Staying at Cozy Cat Cottages is a luxury experience exclusively for felines, like staying at a Hilton for cats.
Creature comforts abound on every level of each glass-enclosed cottage. Each spacious suite has four levels to allow each tenant room to exercise, and to choose from a bird’s-eye view of the cottages or a floor-level peek-a-boo spot.
Cozy Cubes act as a personal hideaway for those who like some privacy, or like the comfort of sleeping in smaller, enclosed spaces. Extra bedding accents the remaining three levels of each cottage for those who like to stretch out and keep an eye on things. Lace curtains between cottages keep nosy neighbors to themselves. Each tenant has an assigned “cubby” to store personal items or food.
Science Diet is fed free-choice to each boarding feline, so they get a good quality meal whenever they’re hungry. If a home diet is preferred, a trained staff member will follow your specified feeding instructions. Fresh water is available at all times, and dishes are cleaned and sanitized daily. Litter boxes are placed on the lowest level, while food and water remain on higher levels to prevent litter from mixing into food bowls. This also encourages cats to move and exercise throughout their stay.
If your pet is older, or has trouble moving and getting around, our staff will organize food, water, bedding and litter boxes on the lower levels for your cat’s convenience.
A large television set plays a variety of nature videos, or animal themed cartoons throughout the day for feline entertainment. Bird-feeders are strategically located outside each window, and nature CDs or music is played to provide each cat with auditory stimulation and create a relaxed atmosphere.
